New platform

In the work “New platform,” I am dealing with the relationship between the form and the idea, as well as the professions and the paradigms. Society, institutions, artists and critics often categorize artists, by putting them in a certain ‘drawer’ (also influenced by the History of art) and thus conflicting the artists to work outside of their ‘profession’. I am questioning the boundaries of so called established ‘profession’ and whether there is a limit. In a search of a new universal form, which could be categorize as a ‘multiform’, I recycle / tear out my own artworks and creating a handmade paper. Handmade paper thus represents the final mark and the new platform for the ongoing questioning.
